Andrea Navedo
Andrea Navedo, an American author and actress. She began by appearing in daytime soaps like One Life to Live or Guiding Light, and later played roles as a support actress on television's primetime. Andrea Navedo, an American singer and actress born from The Bronx New York United States 10th October 1977. Navedo started her acting career on an afternoon soap. In 1995-1997, she played Linda Soto in ABC's soap show One Life to Live. Then, in 1999, she changed her name to Theresa Sandoval in the CBS soap drama Guiding Light. She made her film debut by playing a minor character in Girl 6 (1996) then was featured in several episodes of New York Undercover and The District. Navedo starred with Double Take in 2001 and Washington Heights the next year. From 2001 to 2004 Navedo was a frequent character on the NBC crime drama Law & Order as Detective Ana Cordova. In the following season, he played Detective Ana Cordova on Law & Order: Criminal Intent Damages. Navedo played in a variety of films including El Cantante and Remember Me. Navedo was on How to Make It in America Golden Boy, Law & Order: Special Victims Unit from 2011 to 2013, as well. Superfast!, a comedy film in which she was a part. The Fast and the Furious films were parodied by the 2015 film. Navedo began her acting career with soap operas that aired in the daytime.
